Mid-twenties and stuck working at the typical coffee house. Khakis and black sneaks...at least it's comfortable clothing. Plus you gotta pay the bills and take care of that college loan money somehow, even though your degree might be in something like engineering or biophysics.
These shoes are probably far from what the person usually wears. He or she bought them for work because they had to be plain black closed-toe shoes, just like everyone else's, but he or she didn't want to spend much money or creativity on them since they're just for work.
